KONNI SPICES is a product from the NATTUCHADA Family.

During the COVID pandemic in 2019, when local farmers lost their markets and produce began to perish, a small initiative was born in Madthilkkavu Ward, Konni Grama Panchayath, Kerala — a barter market called Nattu Chantha.

What started as a humble farmers collective has now grown into a trusted brand — Konni Spices.

Shipping Policy

Konni Spices is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame while ensuring maximum quality packaging.

Online paid orders are shipped within 3 working days and are mostly delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

We use Professional Courier as well as Indian Postal Service for shipping orders.

Shipping Charges

  • Rs 70 for deliveries up to 0.4kg
  • Rs 100 for deliveries from 0.4kg to 2kg
  • Shipping rates vary according to weight and will be shown in the invoice

Delivery Policy

Products are packed using eco-friendly covers and glass bottles. Glass bottles are wrapped securely using bubble packing and carton boxes.

If products are found unusable after delivery, customers may request a refund or replacement.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with Konni Spices products, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Products should not be opened or used and must remain in marketable condition
  • Defective products can be returned within 7 days from delivery for a full refund
  • Invoice must be available during return
  • This policy does not apply to intentionally damaged or mishandled products
  • Food products without preservatives are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations

After receiving your valid return request, we will notify you regarding acceptance or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a certain number of days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support. Eligible payments will be refunded.

Currently we do not offer COD as most products are sourced fresh after receiving orders.
